I believe that in any client-representative relationship there should be full cooperation, and trust by both parties. I feel that that trust can only be gained when both parties are open and honest with each other. For this reason, I have prepared a brief biography of myself for you, so you can be fully aware of the kind of person that will be representing you. I have been a licensed real estate representative with Royal Lepage Real Estate Professionals since January 17, 2007. When I was first licensed I went through extensive training programs, and also acquired a mentor who I “shadowed” for the better part of the year. The strategies learned from my mentor were invaluable and allowed me to succeed relatively quickly in my career. Since the beginning of my career, I have sold over 280 properties, both residential, and commercial, and have leased another 70 -80. In 2008 and 2009 I had the honour of achieving the Master Sales Award, and in 2010, ‘11, ‘12, ‘13, ‘14, ‘16, ‘17, and ‘18 I surpassed that goal and achieved the Presidents Gold Award. In 2015, I surpassed the President’s Gold Award and achieved the Director’s Platinum Award, and the Award of Excellence (’14,’15, ’16, ’17, 18, ‘19). In 2018 I also received the Lifetime Achievement Award of Excellence (bitter sweet though, because it’s evidence that I’m getting older). In 2019 I humbly received the Diamond Award, and in 2020, I was awarded with the Director’s Platinum award! I am honest and trustworthy, and believe highly in working in my clients’ best interest. It is safe to say that approximately 95% of my business comes from referrals, while 5% is new business. This illustrates that people have confidence in my services, and are comfortable referring me to others. I want you to have that same confidence in me!
